This is a promotional "Cybercene Cel with Flex n Tuck" distributed to promote the new Cartoon Network animated series. It features two 8 inch by 10 inch panels. The front panel has a window with a clear acetate sheet that looks like an animation cel. The back panel has the "background" of the scene. When put together properly, a sort of 3-D look is created. The art features Cyborg, Starfire, Robin, Changeling, and Raven. The back has information about the premiere date of the series and the slogan "Truth, Justice, Pizza."
